Find My Part, LLC offers this website, including all information, tools, products, and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies, and notices stated here.

By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”), including any additional terms, conditions, and policies referenced herein or available by hyperlink, including our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, Return & Refund Policy, Warranty Policy, Contact Information, Legal Notice, and Disclaimer. These Terms apply to all users of the site, including without limitation browsers, customers, merchants, vendors, and contributors of content.

Customers are required to agree to these Terms of Service before checkout. If you do not agree to all of the terms and conditions of this agreement, then you may not access the website or use any services.

By purchasing from our store, you acknowledge that many products sold are pre-owned branded automotive parts sourced through independent resale channels, that Find My Part, LLC is not an authorized dealer for those brands, and that manufacturer endorsement, affiliation, warranty, and support are not implied.

2. Online Store Terms

You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, nor may you violate any laws in your jurisdiction in the use of the Service.

A breach or violation of any of these Terms may result in an immediate termination of your access to our Services.

3. Nature of Products Sold

We sell primarily pre-owned automotive parts and related items. We may also offer substitute parts in certain cases.

Because many of the items we sell are parts that depend on proper fitment, compatibility, application, and diagnosis, the customer is solely responsible for verifying that the part ordered is the correct part for the customer’s intended vehicle, system, equipment, or use before placing an order.

We do not guarantee that a part will fit, be compatible, or solve a customer’s problem unless we expressly state so in writing.

All branded items are resold independently on a pre-owned basis unless expressly stated otherwise.

4. Independent Reseller; No Manufacturer Authorization

Find My Part, LLC is an independent reseller of pre-owned automotive parts and related items.

We are not an authorized dealer, distributor, representative, service center, or affiliate of the vehicle manufacturers, brands, or trademark owners whose products may be listed or referenced on our website, unless expressly stated otherwise in writing.

We do not claim endorsement by, sponsorship from, or affiliation with any manufacturer, brand owner, or trademark holder whose branded products appear on our website.

Any references on our website to brand names, vehicle manufacturers, model names, trademarks, trade names, logos, or part numbers belonging to third parties are used solely for identification, compatibility reference, and descriptive purposes. All such trademarks, names, logos, and related rights remain the property of their respective owners.

5. Product Information and Listing Accuracy

We attempt to present product descriptions, titles, images, fitment information, and other content as accurately as possible. However, we do not warrant that any descriptions, specifications, compatibility information, pricing, availability, photographs, or other content are accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free.

We may rely in part on seller-supplied descriptions, labels, compatibility information, listing details, and marketplace information from independent resale channels, including marketplace sources such as eBay Motors.

Product images may be representative only. Pre-owned items may show signs of prior use, cosmetic wear, prior installation marks, storage wear, handling marks, label differences, packaging differences, or other non-material condition differences.

We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice.

6. Orders and Acceptance

All orders placed through the site are subject to acceptance and availability.

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, suspected fraud, pricing errors, listing errors, or problems identified after an order is placed.

If we cancel an order after payment has been made, we will issue a refund to the original payment method.

7. Prices, Payments, and Price Matching

Prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice.

Payment must be received and successfully processed before an order is shipped.

Refunds, when approved, will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout unless otherwise required by law.

We may offer price matching at our sole discretion. Price matching is not guaranteed in all cases and may be subject to verification, exclusions, product condition comparison, availability, timing limitations, competitor review, or other conditions. We reserve the right to approve or deny any price match request for any reason.

8. Shipping Terms

We currently ship only within the United States.

We offer free shipping on all orders within the United States.

Orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours on business days. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Once an order has been shipped, delivery times are determined by the carrier. We do not guarantee carrier delivery times and are not responsible for carrier-caused delays.

We are only responsible for delays caused by our failure to ship your order within our stated processing time.

Once your order has been handed to the shipping carrier, any transit-related issue must initially be addressed with the carrier directly. This includes issues such as delayed delivery, lost package, tracking issues, delivery exceptions, or misdelivery by the carrier.

If a shipment is delayed by more than 7 days beyond the expected delivery window, or is believed to be lost in transit, the customer must file a claim with the carrier. If the carrier determines that the shipment is lost in transit, we will issue an exchange, subject to product availability.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for losses, delays, or delivery problems caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

9. Return and Refund Terms

We accept returns within 7 days of the date the item is delivered.

Any return request made after the 7-day delivery window may be denied.

All returns must be approved by us before being sent back.

9.1 Returns Due to Our Error

We will accept a return at no cost to the customer and provide a prepaid return shipping label when the return is due to our error, including situations such as:

  • we sent the wrong part from what was ordered;
  • we approved and sent a substitute part, and that substitute does not work as a valid substitute.

For defective parts, we consider this our error; however, we only allow an exchange to be sent and will not refund a defective part. The only exception is if an exchange is not available, we will then offer a full refund for the defective part. We reserve the right to decide whether we will offer an exchange or a refund for a defective part.

9.2 Returns Not Due to Our Error

If the return is not due to our error, the return may still be accepted, but it will be subject to a 25% restocking fee.

Even in these cases, we may provide the customer with a return shipping label at our expense. However, the restocking fee will still apply.

Customer-responsible return situations include, but are not limited to:

  • ordering the wrong part;
  • ordering a part that does not fit, when the item received matches the item ordered;
  • ordering a working part that does not solve the customer’s issue or does not work for the customer’s intended use;
  • changing your mind after purchase;
  • any similar situation where the item sent was the correct item ordered and is in working condition.

Because most of the items we sell are parts, the customer is responsible for confirming compatibility, fitment, and intended application before ordering.

9.3 Substitute Parts

In some cases, we may offer a substitute part if the originally ordered part is not available.

If we send an approved substitute and that substitute does not function as a proper substitute, we will treat the matter as our responsibility and provide a free return with a prepaid shipping label.

9.4 Return Label and Customer Duties

If your return is approved, we will send you a return shipping label by email. You are responsible for using that label correctly and dropping off the package at the appropriate shipping carrier location shown on the label.

A return may be rejected if any of the following conditions apply:

  1. The package is not in the shipping carrier’s possession within 2 business days from the date we send the return label.
  2. The returned product does not match the original item sent, or it is not in the same condition as when received.
  3. The customer makes a shipping mistake that causes the package to be lost, delayed, misrouted, or damaged.
  4. The return reason provided by the customer is found to be inaccurate upon inspection of the returned item.

Returned items must be sent back in the same condition in which they were received.

We reserve the right to deny a refund or reduce the refund amount if the returned item shows signs of damage, alteration, misuse, missing parts, swapping, or other condition issues that were not present when the item was delivered.

9.5 Lost Return Shipments

If a return shipment is lost by the carrier after an approved return and proper use of our provided return label, the customer must reasonably cooperate with the carrier claim process and, if needed, assist with filing or supporting a claim with the carrier.

However, once the return has been properly approved and the customer has used the return label we provided in accordance with our return instructions, Find My Part, LLC will remain responsible for resolving the return if the customer complied with our return instructions.

We reserve the right to deny a claim related to a lost return shipment if:

  1. the customer did not use the return label we provided;
  2. the package was not dropped off with the correct carrier;
  3. the package was not tendered to the carrier within 2 business days of the label being sent;
  4. the customer made a shipping or packaging error that caused or contributed to the loss; or
  5. the return otherwise failed to comply with these Terms.

9.6 Refund Processing

Customers must keep track of the return shipment and notify us once the returned package shows as delivered.

Once you notify us that your return has been delivered, and once we confirm that all return conditions have been followed, we will issue your refund within 24 hours during business hours.

Approved refunds will be issued back to the original payment method used for the order.

Once we issue a refund, it may take several business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank, credit card provider, or payment processor.

If your refund is taking longer than expected, you should first check with your bank or payment provider and then contact us.

10. Optional Warranty Terms

Optional 1-Year Warranty available for an additional 20% of item price. Covers defect only. Proof from a certified professional required.

We offer an optional 1-year warranty on eligible items for an additional charge equal to 20% of the item price.

This warranty is not included automatically with a purchase. It must be purchased with the original order unless we expressly agree otherwise in writing.

The warranty period lasts for 365 days from the date the item is received.

10.1 What the Warranty Covers

This optional warranty covers only situations where the covered part becomes defective during the warranty period.

Coverage applies only to the specific part purchased with the optional warranty.

10.2 What the Warranty Does Not Cover

This warranty does not cover, including but not limited to:

  • normal wear and tear;
  • cosmetic issues;
  • improper installation;
  • improper handling;
  • misuse;
  • abuse;
  • neglect;
  • modification or alteration;
  • accidental damage;
  • improper storage;
  • incorrect diagnosis;
  • compatibility or fitment issues;
  • ordering the wrong part;
  • use for the wrong application;
  • labor charges;
  • diagnostic fees;
  • towing;
  • vehicle downtime;
  • loss of use;
  • incidental damages;
  • consequential damages; or
  • any issue not caused by the part itself becoming defective.

This warranty does not guarantee that a part will fit a particular application or solve a customer’s problem.

10.3 Proof Required for Warranty Claims

All warranty claims require proof that the covered part has become defective.

The customer must provide proof from a certified professional who typically works with the type of part involved.

Acceptable proof may include:

  • videos;
  • images;
  • a written inspection; and
  • a written diagnosis from the certified professional.

We may require multiple forms of proof at our discretion before approving a warranty claim.

We may also request additional information reasonably necessary to review the claim.

10.4 Claim Deadline and Review

Warranty claims must be submitted within 365 days of the date the item was received.

Claims made after that period may be denied.

All warranty claims are reviewed and handled at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to approve or deny a warranty claim based on the information provided, the condition of the part, the nature of the claimed defect, and whether the customer has complied with these Terms.

10.5 Approved Warranty Resolutions

If a warranty claim is approved, Find My Part, LLC will resolve the claim at our discretion by one of the following methods:

  • an immediate replacement of the defective part; or
  • an immediate refund.

If a refund is issued, it will be sent to the original payment method used for the purchase unless otherwise required by law.

Any replacement provided under an approved warranty claim does not create a new warranty period unless we expressly state otherwise in writing.

10.6 Return of Defective Warranty Items

If a warranty claim is approved, we may decide whether the defective part must be returned.

If we require the part to be returned, we will contact the customer with instructions.

If we do not contact the customer within 7 days after approving the warranty claim with return instructions, the customer may keep or discard the defective part.

If return instructions are provided, the customer must follow them. Failure to do so may affect the final handling of the claim.

10.7 Non-Transferable Warranty and No Manufacturer Warranty

This optional warranty is valid only for the original purchaser of the covered item and is non-transferable.

Unless expressly stated otherwise in writing, this warranty is provided solely by Find My Part, LLC and not by the original manufacturer.

Because we sell pre-owned branded parts through independent resale channels, manufacturer warranties may not apply or may no longer be valid.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FIND MY PART, LLC, ITS OFFICERS, MEMBERS, MANAGERS, EMPLOYEES, AFFILIATES, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF REVENUE, LOSS OF SAVINGS, LOSS OF DATA, REPLACEMENT COSTS, OR SIMILAR DAMAGES, WHETHER BASED IN CONTRACT, TORT, STRICT LIABILITY, OR OTHERWISE, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF ANY SERVICE OR ANY PRODUCT PURCHASED THROUGH THE SERVICE.

Without limiting the foregoing, we are not liable for:

  • fitment problems where the correct ordered item was shipped;
  • customer ordering errors;
  • diagnostic mistakes by the customer or installer;
  • carrier-caused delays;
  • losses caused by incorrect shipping information entered by the customer;
  • downtime, interruptions, or errors caused by third-party platforms or services; and
  • inaccuracies, omissions, or issues originating from third-party seller information, third-party marketplace content, or third-party sourcing channels, except to the extent liability cannot be limited under applicable law.

In any case where liability is imposed on us despite the foregoing, our total liability shall not exceed the amount actually paid by the customer for the product giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

18. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Find My Part, LLC and our affiliates, officers, members, managers, employees, agents, contractors, licensors, service providers, subcontractors, suppliers, and interns from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of or related to your breach of these Terms, your violation of any law, or your violation of the rights of a third party.
