Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! Find My Part offers free shipping on every order — there is no minimum purchase required. Free shipping applies to all orders within the contiguous United States.
How fast will my order ship?
All orders are dispatched within 24 hours of purchase (on business days, Monday–Friday). Once shipped, you can expect delivery in 2–5 business days. You'll receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order is on its way.
Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we primarily ship within the United States. If you have a specific international shipping request, please contact us at sales@findmypart.shop or call us at (803) 723-7074 and we'll do our best to accommodate you.
Returns & Warranty
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. Items must be in their original, unused condition and in original packaging. If a part doesn't fit your vehicle or was not as described, we will work with you to provide an exchange or refund. To start a return, contact us at sales@findmypart.shop or call (803) 723-7074.
How long does a refund take?
Once we receive your returned item and it passes inspection, refunds are typically processed within 3–5 business days. You will receive a confirmation email when your refund has been issued. The time it takes to appear in your account depends on your bank or payment provider.
Do you offer a warranty on parts?
Yes! We offer an optional 1-Year Extended Warranty available at an additional cost. Contact us for details on extended warranty pricing and coverage for your specific part.
Can I cancel or change my order?

How do I know if a part will fit my vehicle?
Each product listing includes year, make, model, and trim fitment information. Please review this carefully before ordering. If you're unsure whether a part is compatible with your vehicle, don't hesitate to contact us — we're happy to help confirm fitment before you buy. Are your parts OEM or aftermarket?
We carry both OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) and quality aftermarket parts. The product description will specify which type each listing is. If you have a preference or a specific question about a part's origin, please ask us and we'll provide complete details.
What if the wrong part was sent to me?
We apologize if this happens — it's rare but we'll make it right immediately. Contact us within 30 days of receiving the incorrect part and we will arrange a free return and send out the correct part at no additional cost to you.

What payment methods do you accept?

Do you offer price matching?
