At Find My Part, LLC, we are committed to processing and shipping your order as quickly as possible.
1. Shipping Area
We currently ship only within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
2. Free Shipping
We offer free shipping on all orders shipped within the United States.
3. Order Processing Time
Orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours on business days.
Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
4. Carrier Transit Times
Once an order has been shipped, delivery times are determined by the carrier. We do not guarantee carrier delivery times and are not responsible for carrier-caused delays.
We are only responsible for delays caused by our failure to ship your order within our stated processing time.
5. Shipping Issues After Dispatch
Once your order has been handed to the shipping carrier, any transit-related issue must be addressed with the carrier directly. This includes issues such as:
- delayed delivery
- lost package
- tracking issues
- delivery exceptions
- misdelivery by the carrier
Customers are responsible for contacting the carrier regarding these issues.
6. Lost or Delayed Packages
If a package is delayed for more than 7 days beyond the expected delivery window, or if you believe a package has been lost in transit, the customer must file a claim directly with the carrier.
If the carrier determines that the package is lost in transit, we will issue an exchange for the item, subject to product availability.
We do not issue replacements or exchanges for packages that are still in transit unless and until the carrier confirms the shipment is lost.
7. Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for delays, losses, or delivery problems caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information entered at checkout.
